Priano Marchelli USA is born, the US company based in Miami

The Genovese international freight forwarder Priano Marchelli SPA, specialized in the Cruise and Marine industry, consolidates its organization by acquiring full control and ownership of Priano Aerostream, a Miami based company which changed its name to Priano Marchelli USA LLC following the acquisition.

“Despite the paradoxical situation that the planet is experiencing with Covid-19, we have sent a strong signal to the market. All this thanks to a prudent and pragmatic management, which bases its successes on technology and a strong focus on our employees, with whom we share corporate objectives and the economic results achieved”, says the Group’s CEO Andrea Giachero, who emphasizes: “From these assumptions, a global and dynamic company is born, able to respond to the solicitations of an international market in deep and continuous evolution and that has its roots in the long history and stability of Priano Marchelli”.

According to Giachero, “the spirit of our company’s philosophy leads us to treat the customer as our partner.  This philosophy, just as the Italian Headquarters, will be applied for the American branch.  My brother Claudio and I would like to give a special thanks to the Dinter brothers and their team.  It is also thanks to their essential contribution that Priano Marchelli USA is now firmly anchored in the market with the organization, structure and licenses necessary to meet every logistics need and expectations of every single one of our customers”. In the United States, the Organization is managed by our General Manager Carlo Battiston, supported by Maria Lugo, Head of Operations, Roy Applegate, Head of Sales and a team of 15 other solid professionals that embody the “Never Give Up” concept of the group.
