1. PURPOSE
The processing will be carried out for the following purposes:
a) fulfilling the requirements for user registration on the website https://prianomarchelli.it, using information services, initiatives published on the Website, and providing any other services or activities related to the Website;
b) fulfilling legal obligations, including any order issued by judicial authorities;
c) archiving historical data, as well as processing statistical and market analyses;
d) sending communications or other materials relating to services and current news relating to PM or other companies belonging to its group, as well as their commercial, promotional, and advertising initiatives, including those on the website https://prianomarchelli.it.
2. MODALITY
Processing may consist of the collection, processing, recording, communication, and archiving of the user’s personal data and will be carried out both manually and using computerized and/or automated tools.
3. COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION
Personal data may be disclosed by PM to the following categories of entities, for the purposes indicated above: (i) other companies in the PM group; (ii) third parties appointed to perform or process data relating to the service provided, in whole or in part, with whom PM has entered into commercial agreements. 4. TRANSFER ABROAD
Your data may be transferred abroad to other PM group companies in accordance with Articles 43 and 44 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.
5. NATURE OF DATA PROVISION
Providing user data is optional. Any refusal to provide the above data or to consent to its processing for the purposes set out in point 1, letter a) will make it impossible for PM to process the registration request or provide related services. Conversely, any refusal to consent to the processing of the above data for the purposes set out in point 1, letters c) or d) will not affect the registration process, but will make it impossible for PM to use the data for those purposes.
6. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
As an interested party, the user has the rights set forth in Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, including the right to obtain confirmation from the data controller as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her exists and to have it made available in an intelligible form, the identification details of the data controller and the parties to whom the data may be disclosed, as well as the right to obtain the updating, rectification, and integration of data, the erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and the right to object, for legitimate reasons, to data processing. 7. DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller is Priano Marchelli & SpA, with registered office in Genoa, Via Degli Artigiani 58/A, 16162. An updated list of data controllers in charge from time to time is available at the Human Resources Department office and can be requested by email at [email protected].
8. STORAGE PERIOD
Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to perform the requested services and, in the event of a contractual relationship being established, for the entire duration of the same. After this period, the data will be retained for the duration of the legally required administrative document retention periods, after which they will be deleted.

The PM trademarks, logos, trade names, symbols, icons, and any other distinctive features contained on the Site pages are registered trademarks and/or service marks of PM used in various countries around the world or for which registration is pending, or are used by PM under license from their respective owners, as applicable.
Any reproduction or use, in any form and for any purpose, of the logos, trade names, symbols, icons, and any other distinctive features is therefore prohibited.
PM reserves the right to take any legal action to protect its rights.
4. COOKIES
Except as provided under Article 122 of Legislative Decree 196 of 2003, PM may use “cookies” to collect information about users who access the Site and personalize their access by storing any settings.
